that the data included in the monitoring file will be registered in a national database (see 4.3.5 BRL9500-W/ 4.2.5 BRL9500-U);
that the client has the right to request the complete project file (see 6.7.4);
that the certification body may carry out an audit (see 7.1.4);
that failure to gain access to a home, residential building or utility building for the purpose of an inspection will lead to removal of the energy performance report from the national database of registered energy performance reports (see 7.2.3);
if a certification body withdraws one or more energy performance reports (see 10.2).
